Term & Conditions

Welcome to Boost Battalion. By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of Boost Battalion’s website and staffing services. By using our site or entering into a staffing relationship with us, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms.

Definitions

  • “Client” refers to the business or representative engaging Boost Battalion for staffing services.
  • “Remote Staff” or “Employee” refers to the team member hired by Boost Battalion and assigned to the client.
  • “Trial Period” refers to the initial risk-free 2-week engagement.
  • “Services” means staffing, payroll, onboarding, and ongoing management provided by Boost Battalion.

Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of a business entity.

Scope of Services

Boost Battalion hires remote professionals in marketing, customer support, administration, and technical roles. These employees remain on Boost Battalion’s payroll but work full-time under the client’s direction.

All hiring engagements begin with a 2-week risk-free trial. Clients may cancel within the trial with no obligation. If services continue beyond the trial, billing begins based on agreed hourly rates.

Employment Structure

Boost Battalion is the legal employer of record for all staff we provide. Clients receive full-time support but do not enter into a direct employment relationship with the employee.

Employees sign contracts with Boost Battalion that include:

  • Full-time work commitment to assigned client.
  • Confidentiality and intellectual property clauses.
  • Acknowledgment that all work produced is the property of Boost Battalion or its clients.

Performance Reviews & Compensation Adjustments

To retain top talent, we believe in rewarding good work.

Clients and Boost Battalion will collaborate on employee performance reviews at least once per year. If performance has been fair and no concerns have been raised, clients are expected to budget for a compensation increase of 8–10% after 12 months of employment.

The frequency and format of appraisals can be adjusted to the client’s preferences, but annual reviews are encouraged to maintain engagement and retention.

Feedback, Performance Plans & Replacement

We value transparency and proactive management. If a client is dissatisfied with an employee’s performance:

  • Boost Battalion may initiate a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) in consultation with the client.
  • If preferred, the client may request immediate replacement without a PIP.
  • In either case, Boost Battalion will work quickly to assign a replacement.

Contract Duration

  • Trial Period: The first 2 weeks are risk-free.
  • Post-Trial: Clients may continue month-to-month or with a rolling 2-week commitment.
  • After the trial, either party must give 2 weeks’ notice to end the engagement.

Payment Terms

  • Standard hourly rates apply based on staff experience and role type.
  • Billing starts after the 2-week trial and follows a regular schedule (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly as agreed).
  • Late payments may result in service disruption or pause of staff assignments.

Intellectual Property

All work completed by Boost Battalion staff during active engagements belongs exclusively to the client once paid for. We retain no rights to client brand assets, strategies, or materials.

Confidentiality

We take confidentiality seriously. Both Boost Battalion and our employees are required to safeguard your business information. NDAs are standard and can be customized if needed.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Boost Battalion and its employees from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from:

  • Improper use of our services
  • Misconduct by your team toward remote staff
  • Breach of these Terms

No Warranty

We do our best to deliver top-tier remote talent and service — but outcomes (e.g., sales, rankings, lead volume) are not guaranteed. All services are provided “as-is.”

Limitation of Liability

Boost Battalion is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business, profits, or data. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client in the 30 days prior to a claim.

Termination

After the trial, either party may terminate the agreement by providing 2 weeks’ written notice. Outstanding hours or fees must be settled before termination is finalized.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
